Useless

I was standing in the rain this morning waiting for the 12:50 from Atlantis to town for an hour. Phoned the contact center where I was told the bus is on the way and no one could explain why the bus never came.

Spoke the coordinator in town and he couldn`t get rid of me fast enough and I left yet again with no information. I was late for work 3 hours due to this and I was told I couldn`t get a proof that the bus never arrived.
