Unreliable Bus Services

I take a bus at J block in Khayelitsha every morning. After 7am there is only a bellville term bus via Delft and the next bus is after 8am. What about people going to durbanville and tygervalley why is there no bus catered for them. Once in a blue moon a durbanville bus will drive by you cannot even rely on that bus, There is no specific driver for that bus, it barely comes for 5 consecutive days. Your service is poor,what is the purpose of inspectors if you cannot even monitor a bus that fails to be available for 5 consecutive days. People going to stikland in bellville cannot even make use of that bellville term bus. We need a bus going to durbanville/tygervalley via freeway and into bellville. It is unacceptable that the only available bus are before 7 and after 8am. An hour gap during peak period i cannot even comprehend how that is possible. Please organised a reliable bus ,because we cannot be subjective to such horrific services.
