Unreliable and Inconsistent - Avoid the 07h30 Golden Arrow City Freeway Bus From Town Centre Mitchells Plain

This is to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Golden Arrow Bus Services, specifically the City Freeway bus route. The inconsistency of this service is appalling and has caused me undue stress.

It's become a regular occurrence for the City Freeway bus to be cancelled almost every 2nd or 3rd day, leaving passengers stranded and waiting for the next bus. This is completely unacceptable! I've lost count of how many times I've been late to work due to Golden Arrow's unreliable service.

The lack of communication and notice regarding these cancellations is also inexcusable. Passengers are left wondering if the bus is going to arrive or not, with no explanation or apology from the company.

Golden Arrow Bus Services, it's time to get your act together! Provide a reliable service that passengers can depend on. Until then, I'll be forced to explore alternative transportation options.
