Unhappy customer

I bought a bus ticket on the 27 of October the lady made a mistake and book is wrong so now im unable to use the ticket i have been sending emails non stop but still no respons from them its not like i can just pick up a R255 again to buy another ticket i ask them to just change my routes so i can use the bus
