What is the use of a gold card which is supposedly to be a smart card,but I cant seem to see the smartness in this card. I gave my mom by accident the incorrect card to load which is my fault as I made a mistake. She didn't check the slip because I usually give the correct card. I contacted GA offices as both my cards are registered on my name and ask if they can maybe reroute the rides to my designated destination as we won't be using the other route any time soon. I just get a sincere unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to assist you. Maybe try selling it. I mean there should be an option or some form assistance. At the end of the day I am a loser of 150 bucks. Hoping MyCity expand their routes soon.
