****ty service from Golden arrow

Checked the bus times just last night Clearly indicated there is a bus from bay to city at 8:00 am on Sunday the 19th Jan 2020

My husband and I were standing at the bus stop since 7:50am Called the Golden arrow customer service once and was advised the bus is on route and this is at 8:20am Called again at 8:40 only to he oh the there is no longer a 8:00 am bus from bay to city

Im beyond ****ed at this point, first it was on route and now it's non-existant There were so many people standing at the bus stop! So many people left stranded on a damn Sunday when the traveling system is almaot non-existent

To say that I am ****ed off at this is a damn under statement!!! The damn customer service agent response was there is nothing I can do, seriously what type of ****ty customer service is that

Golden arrow I would love to express several profanities at your ****ty service, but no words can describe how ****ed off I truly am. Useless that the this service is,USELESS.
