Travelling in a soaking wet bus at 7am in the morning, could`nt sit had to stand two hours before reaching destination.

On Monday 24 June 2024, I took a bus service at 07hoo from Blackheath to City. I paid almost R50 for the ride which is understanding as it was peak time. Upon entering and proceeding to have a seat it was discovered the seats were all soaking wet as the driver failed to check the bus before departing. Now just imagine a Monday winter morning having a full bus everyone standing on top of each other in a bus, standing almost 2 hours on your journey. Not an apology from the driver. An inspector got onto the bus explained we just have to deal with it as the driver failed to check. I am so disgusted with Golden Arrow and their pathetic services.
