Transport complain

Today I a bed experience about the golden arrow company they don't care about there clients, I called some in charge Mr Steven to complain about the problem we have in our route he was rude to me. He made me feel bed about golden arrow because what I noticed they don't care about us because we have a big problem in our route about the express bus Nkanini to Cape Town D02 mew way side. We been waiting from 06:32 for a bus we did get a bus 07:50 they have a poor service we can be happy if the my city bus can come in this route
