Ticket office is never opened
The ticket office in Elsies River closes between 7:30 until 14:00 everyday making it impossible to buy tickets on our way to work in the mornings. I deem these closing times unacceptable as we (the commuters) travel on this route every morning and at times are in dire need of buying tickets for the following week or month.
