Ticket not loaded

My name is khaya, my sister a Ticket at BP Garage Crossroads, when she got to the Bus there were no rides loaded. when we went back to the Garage Yesterday we were told to wait for the lady to be at work because she had knocked off...How this be resolved we cant miss school because of someone that took the money and failed to load ticked.
