ticket bus

I am having a problem. I bought my ticket Monday I told the guy to load bellville to enkanini but the employee loud the wrong one when I return it te guy was so rude to me..i try to call their land lines but they **** told me that they will call back they were so rude to me as the customer now I am using my money of which my bus card will expeired..I don't know what to do as their customer please help
