Ticket Box

I went to Ahlone terminius to purchase a bust ticket only to find out that I couldn't be assisted as he already cashed up. Was told then to go into Mowbray as their service is open the whole day. When getting at the Mowbray terminus a minute before 1pm I was told \we can't assist". The time on their notice board shows clearly 5:30am-1pm. As the van came that's also selling clipcards I was told by the driver there is no one that can help me as he already dropped the people that selling the tickets. Now my thing is this is poor service"
