These busses are always late!!

<p>I compkained to Golden Arrow before, but still nothing is being done! Everyday the busses are either late or extra early but as far as on time is concerned they have no clue what that means! Last week i waited 1 hour for a bus to westlake and recieved a useless reply saying that the bus driver was late?? How is that my problem?? Cant these people send another bus to compinsate for their own ****! Today is another problem because I am waiting for a bus since 07.30 and it is 09.10!</p>
