Due to the high inflation and with the cost of living being so expensive, people have no choice but to look for other ways to save and make their money go further... with all that said, one point I want to bring across is the fact that this bus service is ridiculous with ticket cost during peak hours R15 after 8:00 in the morning... but from 3:00 the afternoon the price is R35 who came up with these prices, with regards to service... people are not sheep or animals… it is necessary to fill a bus to such a ridiculous state and with covid still being a factor... please put notices up on the inside to create the necessary awareness & a picture or sequence of how people should stand... so that people know how they should stand and this will create this space & people will have no need to make themselves uncomfortable to the point where they need to shout!!! on the bus for people to move to the back... I think if people know how they should stand... then they might not be so resistant to move to the back and that will allow for enough space for enough people to stand comfortable in the bus and one last thing please put bigger or extra busses on the Bayview via Pelican Park route because the buses is forever full, sincere, and best regards, The solution finder
