terrible service from Golden arrow

every morning i take the 6:30 am bus from mfuleni to blaauwberg and this morning the bus only arrived at 7:30 but that was not the worse when i got in the driver advised that i could not pay cash cause there machines are off line so i couldn't get on the bus how in heavens name there is no other means of transport i can take to work so that left me stranded how in heavens name can golden arrow operate like this i am so disappointed in Golden arrow seriously!!!!1
