TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>This morning I asked the official at Retreat Station which bus was going to Groote Schuur Hospital and she told me T7002. Upon embarking I asked the bus driver is she was going to Groote Schuur and she said yes. I paid my fare of R15 and said to Groote Schuur please. The bus did not go to Groote Schuur and in Woodstock I asked her why. She stopped the bus and tried to organise with the driver behind her to take me up. I refused to get off the bus and went to the depot to ask for assistance. Besides this costing me R15 and an additional R7.70 from town to Groote Schuur I was late for a very important meeting. Egg in your face as I had to explain how bus drivers and officials don't know where their busses go and obviously don't know what they are doing and then like taxi drivers they stop and expect passengers to get onto the bus behind them. Does your organisation actually know what they are doing and where they are going.</p>
