Terrible bus service

Standing in town since 17:06 waiting for the 17:30 the Hague bus and it never came the 18:00 came now had to take the bus because I have no other choice now I need to put my life in danger because I must now walk to voorbrug and it's dark the worst service ever in this city is golden arrow may you guys loose alot of business you so expensive but give the ***est service in the world you should be ashamed.
