Terminus officials

i work @ Parow Centre and take a 4:35pm/ 5:10pm bus usually a man is there to tell us about the buses, but this December a lady was there. A light of complexion lady who would sit with security guards and ignore us when asked about Khayelitsha buses. I had the worst experience when the earlier bus was cancelled, i went to ask her about it and she gave me attitude and told me that "she was tired of answering the same stupid thing that the bus was cancelled no wonder Tebele doesn't enjoy working at Tygerberg station its because of these slow and stupid people of Khayelitsha" I thank God i was raised well i respected her and walked away...i went back to tell the others i was standing with, they told me she has the same attitude in Nyanga Terminus... I'm appealing to the Company to deal with her or maybe just take her off the terminus as she has no respect for your customers.
