Some Unprofessional bus drivers driving Golden arrow buses

I have been having very bad experience with golden arrow with their drivers not knowing how to check on their system on the bus that my gold card is valid and I have rides .some drivers print the ticket before I even swipe my card and that's wot happened yesterday and Golden arrow has been informed of the situation but wot saddens me is I don't get feed back that the reports I have been doing about my bus cards that it was not showing it's valid.anyway golden arrow drivers those that I have encountered are professional and some don't show compassion. Golden arrow is a very good service with free wifi .slowly but surely the scanners will work but yesterday I was really upset that a driver did not believe I have rides and that I have a monthly on my gold card.and a very kind man payed my ticket as I don't travel with money .that's why I have a gold card. I will still give golden arrow a good service but their drivers need to not listen to passanger or they allow passanger become abusive to passanger and that is wot happened to me and till today had no report back .I don't want anyone to loose their job but please not to be obnoxious b with golden arrow passanger. I will still take golden arrow but I just want Golden arrow to have cameras in their buS's so the supervisors can go back to the particular bus that us being reported that they can see the client reporting the incident is true ..
