So disturbing

<p>17.20 bus from montague gardens to mannenberg......people are drinking and smoking on the bus......did a thousand complains before to the inspectors they know about it....not once have i seen an inspector on the bus....gave the bus number and time as well.....but they can stand on the side roads watching the busses or sitting under the trees by bosmansdam road standing as if theres no worry in the world. Conditions of the carriage section 9 is not being followed. This matter is not and has not been attended to and we as passengers that travels mondays to fridays can vouch for that.....if no one is willing to do there job we will have to take this matter further!</p>
