smoking and drinking on bus

Hello Peter<br> I logged a complaint with Golden Arrow on 14 April about commuters smoking and drinking on the bus. They rep**** on 25 March saying it happened before and they will investigate but nothing happened the same thing happened every Friday after that.4 April I called there customer care again asking if they are intending doing something about it . They responded by email saying the same thing and they will put one of there people on the bus which never happened as the same thing happened again .I strongly feel they are only responding to keep me \satisfied\" but not intending to do something about it because so far nothing has happened .I don't know why they have non smoking signs in their bus if they are not doing anything about commuters who smoke in the bus . However its very disappointing to read that if you preach on a bus \"bringing a encouraging word \"to others you will be fined and put off from the bus , so tells me that Golden Arrow is actually condoning bad behaviour by doing nothing to people who smokes and drinks on the bus WOW!!!.<br> <br> Kind regards"
