SKIPPING NUMBERS ON MY CLIP CARD!!!

Good day.<br> I travel every day Strandfontein (via Pelikan Park)-Cape Town. The driver missed a number on my clip card, he then realised afterwards and signed on my clip card (for eg. instead on clipping number 5 he clipped number 6). I then informed about 4 drivers after this about the mistake but they refused to clip my missing number. Who is going to refund me now as I have too budget on a monthly basis for transport fees? This was not my fault, It was the drivers fault. When i tried telling the drivers they had such an attitude as if i was the person being wrong. It's not the first time this has happened. PLEASE ASSIST!!!
