**** service Golden arrow

I'm very disgusted with golden arrow service. I've been complaining a year and an half about your drivers and nothing has been made.. Golden arrow seriously need new management to train their drivers about giving good customer service. This morning bus number pH 5059 just drove past me at langa bus stop waiting for n1 city bus I stopped him at the bus stop and he stopped at the next pole for a passenger to get out as I run to get into the bus he close his doors and drove on that is not on I've been signing several warnings because of late coming and phone In how many times but Golden arrow just don't give a ****!! And on top of it the next bus after him I got into the bus and wow there the bus stuck really now golden arrow I'm on my last at work and this is the services we get. Yes I understand ****s happens is not the drivers fault that his bus didn't want to start but if the 1st bus would've stopped I wouldn't have been late for work.
