Service complaints

To whom it may concern

I am utterly disgusted and shocked by the treatment I received this evening from a Golden arrow bus driver number 4676 Belville term via Harare (khayelitsha) at 5:05pm

Upon boarding the bus driver and paying with R50 the driver bluntly told me to get off and find another bus as he "didn't have change for such big money " whilst the people in front of me paid with R100!!!!

Im sure the driver had enough change and if the Golden Arrow bus service requires passengers to pay with their exact fare that won't require change - then you should make that known to the public in stead of chasing out a passenger with a young baby in an unsafe area !!!
