Selective treatment of clients

Golden arrow is very segrigational. We the people who stay in a small township called Chatsworth in the western cape are treated like we do not pay them for the service that they render to is. We already have few busses and every time there are drivers from Atlantis they treat us like kids. They never stop at the bus stops and drive according to their schedules. I think we need to report them to the ombudsman as they would never treat their client in other parts of Cape Town the same. They even treated people who vandelise theirs busses better.
