Rude untrained staff.

<p>Hi my name is Mishkah and I'm a loyal customer to the Golden Arrow Bus service. I have been taking the Bayview bus to Ottery station for the past couple of years. For the past month I have been getting onto the 4163 bus which a african woman drives. Everyday she would drive past my bus stop and has an attitude when people communicates with her, I am not the fist person complaining about this lady, This has caused me major inconvenince in my personal life because i have to call my husband to get me at a bus stop I dont intend to get off. She is rude and has a terrible attitude, just last week when getting off at a stop which was not mine because she would not stop I told her I will make it my duty to report her and she said 'Go ahead I dont care'. The bus comes from Wynberg in the evening at about 5:15 she always has a blanket covering her which is unprofessional for the Golden Arrow attire. Could management please sit this individual down and remind her of her duties. I am dissapointed by the staff Golden Arrow employs and you would be loosing a loyal customer of many years.</p>
