Rude ugly lady driver from Durbanville to Phillipi east at 16h00

There's a bus that goes to Phillipi east from Durbanville at 16h00 daily, the lady that drives the bus is rude and doesn't stop for you if she doesn't like you, I'm writing this with so much anger it's not first time she just drives pass people by the bus stop, she's rude, swears at us (passangers) and her favorite people would laugh and she'll tell you there's nothing you can do about it. I'm mad because I buy a ticket she's not doing anyone a favor but her job, I hate how she treats us like we puppets and must bow to her and I'm gonna keep writing until they change her or she changes her attitude
