Rude employees!!!!!

The driver for bus D194 in Hout Bay was absolutely rude! I cannot believe there such individuals who work with people. We then called your call centre at to 18:27PM and at 19:05PM to lodge a complaint and the consultant dropped the phone without listening. I'm disgusted in the level of people and service you provide!
