Rude drivers refusing to stop for pregnant women

There has been a request raised with the inspectors of Golden Arrow to have an official bus stop in between the 2 buildings...Nashua and Platterkloof Park. This was raised about 4 months ago and nothing has been done yet. The one bus stop is before Pick n Pay while the next one is before the Spar robots which is a ridiculously long distance. Bus drivers refuse to stop between these 2 building because it is not a bus stop and pregnant women and old ladies have to walk back such a long distance which I deem very unfair and necessary and difficult more especially in summer as the heat is just unbearable.
