Rude driver and disabled passenger

Today the 3rd of March 2018 @ 11:45am I was standing at the bus stop waiting for a bus traveling to Langa from harare ,when it eventually came I stoped the bus way before it could even get close to the bus stop ,yes the was a vehicle that was a bit in the way so the driver had to stop a bit further from my position .I was walking towards the bus while it was stationary and when I was getting close the driver decided to drive on I tried running ,bare in mind I can barely walk "I am limping" ,I was on my way to work ,as I was hopping towards the bus the driver accelerated furthur , fortunately the was a young man also waiting for the bus the next bus stop ,I tried hopping faster so I could get to the bus my leg was paining the young men got in the bus and told the driver to stop and shouted "hurry" I tried rushing and eventually I got in the bus ,I told the driver was not being fare she could see my situation and she told me no was is gonna pity me this is not my bus ,I should get my car ,she also told me she wanted to leave me there because she can't wait for such ,she has a job to do ,I told her well she is not doing her job in a right way ,we exchanged words , until I decided to keep my mouth because it wasn't helping,I'm very much disappointed in the service I have been getting from such a big and we'll known company ,I mean we pay fortunes to be transported and get Respect towards the company ,she was or is very rude ,such behavior will not be tolarated .I urge everyone to strike upon this and necessary procedure should be taken against rude and worthless drivers we are tired .Our voices are never heard when complaining to Golden arrow I will not rest until the problem has been resolved bus Number is 4525
