Rude call centre agent

I spoke to a Thandokazi who reports to Lukhanyiso based in Goodwood, when I called in today she was very rude on the over the phone, she went as far as asking me "what kind of question are you asking me" she was very sarcastic and condescending. She was reluctant to give me her managers name when I asked for it. When I asked to open a complaint she rudely told me to call back. I do not know what level of service this is, but It is appalling and not the one to render to no customer, I am extremely dissatisfied.
