Rude bus driver who drove off and I fell and hit my knee.

I would like to lay a complaint for Golden Arrow Bus Services. We stopped the bus at Sasol Bus stop the bus was going to Durbanville and the route to Durbanville goes via Tyger Valley. When we stopped the bus and got in and gave him the money and told him we were going to Tyger Valley, he said we must get off and wait for the Tyger Valley bus and it was raining we cold we couldn't wait for another bus. He was rude, shoved the bus tickets and they fell on the ground along with the R1 change we had, he didn't wait for us to pay and find the nearest seat so we sit, he just drove off and I fell with one knee and my knee almost got dislocated. On top of that, when it was time for me to get off at Sanlam Investments Bus stop (Willie van Schoor Avenue) I got up and pressed the stop button it was working, I went to him so I could inform him that I was getting off in the following bus stop he ignored me and continued to drive on the fast lane and continued to knock on the window so as to notify him to stop but he didn't stop the bus. He stopped in a bus stop far away from where I work. He stopped at the bus stop opposite Standard Bank and it was pouring with rain at that and he didn't care one bit. I limped and went to work.
