RUDE BUS DRIVER

it is the first time I am commuting from Cape Town Terminus bUS NUMBER: 2402 and I took a Makhaza via Route 1 bus. For those reasons I did not have a bus ticked so that means I had to pay cash for the ride.

I had a R50 note on me and the bus driver was rude asking me to get off the bus and go get change. First of all that is not the way to treat customers especially at this time of the day where it is peak hours and the lines were long. I can assume that all drivers should have some kind of float/ petty cash to make the change for a customer. I did not even mind paying R30 and him keeping the R2 for that matter.

I hate the way I was treated by this driver, I had a long day in town with meetings and I come to the bus and get this type of treatment.

This driver doesn't respect his job if he is going to treat customer's that way. I had to ask a lady in the bus for change and she had only R40, for me to get to my destination I took her money because I wanted to get home.

Some of your drivers need to be trained on how to treat commuters, this is not right
