Rude bus driver

Good day,

I'm laying complaint against the driver of the Hanover park driver he is rude and can not speak to people.

He was asked does the bus go to Bellville and he did not answer just says give your ticket when asked a second time screams yes and grabs the ticket clips it and says your bus is still coming. This is unacceptable behaviours.

I will be putting this complaint on Hello Peter as well because I have laid a complaint before and I received no response from Golden arrow bus services.
