Rude bus driver

This was an email I sent last week wednesday 10 june when this incident happened but no response from [Email Removed]<br> <br> I just want to say this was the most unpleasant golden arrow experience ever. This driver has no way of speaking to passengers. It was my first time taking the Leiden bus. I thought it would cost the same as other buses which is R14.60 but he shouted at me saying its R25 and I should stand one side. Never have I been so humiliated. Then after paying he did not give me a bus ticket to show that I have paid, he just rudely said I'll call you but never did. Is this the way they get to speak to passengers as if they don't need us?? Is it really R25 to get to delft??<br> <br> Registration CA 960 404, a number that was inside the bus 4680 it was the Leiden bus I think the 16:50.
