Road bullies

<p>I am so fed up with Golden Arrow Bus Services and this is from just being on the same road as your buses! This morning on of your double buses, Reg #CA416049, Bus #2612 cut into Wetton Road seeing oncoming traffic and stopped right at the corner to pick up people - no hazards, no indicators, NOTHING causing me and the car behind me to pull dead brakes. If that wasnt enough, he didnt even bother to be close to the curb so I could barely see beyond his vehicle to be able to overtake and drive past. If that wasnt enough, when he joined the M5, naturally at the last minute and ofcourse crossing the solid lines causing another car to press hard on his brakes and swerve into the adjacent lane as your bus didnt even bother to check before just turning into the lane! Your service is PATHETIC and the way your drivers treat other vehicles on the road is NAUSEATING and the reason I would never trust using your service without a funeral plan in place!</p> <p>"To operate safe, reliable passenger transport services designed to meet the needs of our customers and by applying sound business principles, to create a secure future for the company and its people." - Thanks for the laugh</p>
