RIPOFF

I am a very unhappy and disappointed customer.

I went to purchase a bus ticket for my husband as I have one already. This is the first time that he has one and when I got to your pay points in Town, I was told that I need to pay for a card after advising that is the first card being purchased for this route as it is for my husband.

To my knowledge the first purchase of your ticket should be free of charge as per everyone else I know who has purchased a Golden Arrow arrow for the first time.

I am extremely ****ed off that I was forced to pay R25.00 for this as it should have been free of charge. If this is the case I will insist on the bus tickets as before instead of this stupid cards. I will be adding this to the social medias.
