Ridiculous!

On 7 August I drove with the Electric City bus from Century City...the bus departs at 21:30 pm, the driver who drove that bus that particular day told me with my entering he will drop me off at the circle as he will not go into Voorbrug(Delft) which is part of his route, I didn't answer him thinking he made a joke...when he finally had to go into Voorbrug he stopped the bus 10minutes away from where I'm supposed to get off and insisted I get of there...even though I had parcels and even though he knew that was a dangerous spot to drope of I refused as I was afraid of getting ****** if not shot as it was 22:15pm and dark , he got so mad he told me if I don't get of he'll drive past my stop and drop me of at the busstop(another hotspot where gangs always hangs out), so said so done...he drove past my stop and dropped me of at the busstop which is a gathering spot for gangs...I had no choice but to get of there...I reported him and received an oppplology via e-mail (on 8August) from Golden arrow on behalf of the driver, they said that they will investigate the matter in the meanwhile the driver still continued to drop me off at that busstop where the gangsters hangs out , I decided that Golden Arrow was failing me and I'll take the matter to the newspaper as I followed the nessesary procedures with no results, no feedback from golden arrow....last week Tuesday (15August), I got into the bus and took photos of this driver coz he was risking my life and whenever he dropped me of at the busstop he kept on shouting at me to report him and said he's the king nothing will happen to him he will just drop me at the busstop ...all that started to work on my nerves as I have a four month old at home and December it's going to be even worst when we work the extended trading hours I started to panic what am I going to do this drivers bullying and harassing me, he started doing the same with my colleague and she lives in Leiden an even more dangerous area in which she was gun pointed right in front of her house.....I started to feel helpless and desperate ....on the night of the 15th August the driver took me to Elsies River Police Station, called a buddy inspector spoke in his language( Xhosa) I still don't know what he told his buddy inspector but then they threw me off the bus at Elsies River Police Station....I only found out when I got out of the bus what the fuss was about as he had told the police officer it was because of the photos I took but when I got out he showed me the printout with the complaint I send to golden arrow and said to me "you think you can report me" and got into the bus and drove of. I again reported the new incident....up until today I was only CCD in an e-mail but no phonecall no nothing from Golden Arrow, I bought a brand new clip card last Monday that I couldn't use at night as the driver told me never to put foot in that bus again...I ended up spending a lot more money because of this inconvenience.
