Review for CAA 607 629

I had a terrible experience with the driver of vehicle number CAA 607 629. Upon my arrival, the driver refused to open the door despite my repeated requests. This not only caused unnecessary stress but also wasted my time. I understand that safety and protocol are important, but the lack of communication and understanding displayed by the driver was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this service based on my experience and hope management takes note to improve future interactions.
