Reckless and Negligent Golden Arrow Bus Driver of 4456

Bus driver of bus 4456 have exhibited that he has no knowledge of how to work with customers but he also caused injury to my wife and 3year old son after he decided to drive off as they were paying.

the driver of 4456 refused to give his name and golden arrow also does nothing to help or assist what happened.
