Re Occuring horrible service

<p>On a daily we commuters that stand at Wetton circle waiting on a bus from Bayview to Cape Town receive worse than horrible service. Buses coming from Mitchells Plain and buses heading to Wynberg come passed us in masses and consistently. We wait for half an hr or more on a daily!!!! Buses drive passed us without stopping implying that they are full and there are only 3 or 4 passengers standing where a bus can accomodate more standing passengers. With the result we land up being late for work and still having to pay for this horrific service!!!!. We are mainly females standing at this stop it is beyond unsafe for us to wait this long for a bus. WHAT IS GOLDEN ARROW DOING ABOUT THIS? I am so tired of phoning in receiving a reference number and then silence? Nothing is being done about this. Why are buses late? Apparently leaving 20 mins appart from eachother but then all arrive behind each other and then dont stop at wetton circle to pick up the few passengers standing there? We need more buses on this route more frequently. Sending an inspector to "monitor" this at the circle does not solve the problem either! We have had enough!!!!</p>
