query not resolved

<p>I've logged a query long time ago still golden arrow has not contacted me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm in a city bus...no 4286 driven by a very very very rude driver I paid cash and he wanted to give me 10c and 20c for change when I asked why cause this money is going torn my wallet he said cc do u want your change or not take it or leave it and don't spoil my day plzzz...when I was asking again why is he rude at me he stopped the bus and shouted at me cracking jokes every one in the bus was laughing at me as if I'm a fool...he didn't take the money up until one of the passengers gave me from her pocket and took the coins as she was going to the wholesale driver was still shouting saying don't I want his name and surname incase I want to report him to golden arrow he was very rude and not stopping at some bus stops leaving ppl behind....</p> <p> </p> <p>Golden arrow has a very poor service including some of the bus inspectors they don't have customer service at all </p>
