Public Bus Drivers so unruly

I have never seen such arrogance in my entire life. I have been using these buses since 2006 but now the bus drivers are really so arrogant. I have been logging complaints with the company for a while but bus drivers when they do not see an inspector they become so unruly and pass commuters hanging. I need a meeting with a CEO if need be to hear his vision because clearly something is not done properly within this entity. This morning, i am talking about this morning only a bus driver that was driving a bus going to Durbanville stopped at one of the bustops in Khayelitsha and we asked him if he is going to pass the airport side and he said no he is not. I then called the call center and asked the route of that bus giving the call center agent the bus number she was able to locate the route of the bus. To my surprise it was going to pass the airport and i have laid a complaint against the bus driver. After that i then stopped a bus going to Sack Circle the driver did not stop and i stopped a bus going to Blaauberg and the bus driver was so helpful as we managed to get the bus we wanted eventually. As we were following this bus he passed about 3 stops without stopping while there were people visible stopping the bus as we clearly saw this bus. He was also driving at a high speed cause it was a bit hard to get him.

When we finally got the bus, i asked him why is he passing people on the bus stops as they visible stopping the bus. He said he does not have time for people that are not visible and stopping the bus . He was so arrogant and he decided to drive very slow afterwards.

This is not the kind of service we pay for. Can something be done by management please?
