POOR SERVICE -VERY SLOW

Good day

l am very displeased with your service this days. l have been getting to work late. l stopped using taxis and started using your Retreat bus l usually take the 750 or 8 oclock bus from town.

On a normal journey it take 15 min to arrive in Obsvatory Today its took me 35 min and l arrived to work late. The Bus was extremely slow Bus Number 5151. A few weeks ago the bus was driven by a lady very slow again.

Kindly improve on your service
