Poor Service

Im in the 4889 Freeway bus to City which is suppose to be the 5:35 am bus.

This morning the bus arrived in spurwing drive with a out of order on the dashboard and a piece of paper on the windscreen stating Freeway vis City.

As people get in card machine don't work and slips is taking long to print. The inspector came and looked. The card machine work for a while then cut out again.

This whole process delayed my journey to Capetown.Normally the bus arrive in Capetown just before 7am at the bus terminus but we are now still driving on the N2 and it is now 6:56 and we are now on way to Pinelands.

Why is Golden Arrow allowing out of order busses to leave the depot if they know about the card machine problem.

Is this how you treat the people who count on you're services daily ??
