POOR SERVICE BY GOLDEN ARROW BUS DRIVER

I would like to express my utter disappointment with one of your bus drivers in the City today on bus No: T5154 (CA 147898) today Wednesday 04.11.2020.at 13h00.

It was the 13h00 bus from the City to Retreat Station. I was helping my lady friend with a heavy tog bag to board the bus. I was carrying the bag for her. After she paid her fare, I asked him if I may just carry her bag to her seat and come back as I was not taking the bus. He refused and gestured for me to get off the bus. I then put the bag down and explained to my friend that I could not go any further. The driver then got rude and told me abruptly to get out of the way as I am blocking the way. This all took about 15 seconds. The passengers were quite fine and accommodating, but the bus driver was not.

A little customer care and people skills were definite deficits in his case.

I have e-mailed my concern to *** and to *** on Wednesday 04/11/2020. They have not rep**** nor even acknowledged my complaint.
