Poor service

Very bad service from the driver on bus 4339, 12:30 bus from town to Bellville. First the bus is late and then he argues with me as I dont have any smaller change than a R50 to buy my bus ticket. He goes on saying that I travel with the bus every day, which I dont, I should know how it works. I was in town whole day, why didn't I make change. I then told him that I'll take my ticket and wait for change after everyone has paid.... But he still argue the point that I should know how it works..... This is really pathetic. And from reading reviews.... This is not the first incident with a driver
