Poor service

On the 24 September I was going to Town for a event that was gonna start 17:00 I call Golden arrow call center to check the time of a bus they said there's a bus that is gonna leave at Harare by 2:30 and another one after 3 so I decided to took the one for 14:20 I wait in the bus stop from 2:15 until 3:30 and the was no bus to cape town the bus arrived late I around 3:45 when I arrive in waterfront the event was already started I'm deserpointed
