poor service

im very disappointed at this bus service and its not the first time complaining and nothing was done! i used to take the 05:30 bus from khayelitsha to Town (city freeway) name of driver that we use is (bhejula) that bus no longer stops at our bustop and i have complained about it before because we are always late for our work when that bus never stops for us and what did golden arrow do about that ? nothing ! we are your customers and we pay the same amounts to get in the bus but these drivers have certain stops that they skip and stop at today was the 3rd time i witnessed a driver skipping our bustop and stopping at the following one for these particular old ladies and youngsters because this morning i had to take a R10 taxi while i have my golden arrow bus card to get a bus at a far bustop then the one i usually stand at just so i can get a bus and it was the same driver bus number is ph4677 thats the number of the bus its the bus after the 05:30 the long one please something needs to be done we need an inspector and see what is happening in the morning these drivers don't care about us if we bought the tickets or being late at work but you were there at the bustop and they drive pass us its so not on
