Poor Service

I am not happy that the buses from Lost City to the Town Centre, as from 06:20 - 07:00, has been passing Kilimanjaro without stopping as there is enough place on the bus. The other commuters are telling the drivers that the bus is full, whilst they are standing infront of the door and the driver can't see to the back. This would need to be addressed, as I and other people are using your services, paying also for our clipcards. This need to be resolved as from 10/06/2019. I request that an inspector need to investigate as from Snowdon bus stop.
